The Leader of the INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, Primate Elijah Ayodele, has raised fresh concerns over the security situation in Nigeria, warning that criminal elements may intensify their activities across several parts of the country.
According to the cleric, security agencies and government authorities need to be vigilant, especially in areas stretching from Kwara State through Ogbomoso, Ifo, and parts of Oyo State; He cautioned that these locations could become routes through which armed groups and criminal gangs may expand their operations if proactive measures are not taken.
Primate Ayodele urged the federal and state governments to strengthen intelligence gathering and security surveillance in the affected regions to prevent attacks and protect lives and property; He stressed that insecurity remains one of the country’s biggest challenges and requires urgent attention from all stakeholders.
The prophet further advised residents in vulnerable communities to remain alert and cooperate with security agencies by reporting suspicious movements and activities; He maintained that early intervention and effective security strategies would help avert potential threats.
“They will enter from Kwara, Ogbomoso, Ifo, Oyo down to this side; The government and security agencies must be very watchful because there is a serious security concern that needs urgent attention; Necessary steps should be taken now to prevent the situation from escalating.
