Osun State Governor, Ademola Adeleke, has presented a ₦705.794 billion budget proposal for the 2026 fiscal year before the Osun State House of Assembly.

The presentation marks a key step in the state’s economic planning, as the administration aims to prioritize infrastructure, education, healthcare, and workers’ welfare.

Governor Adeleke described the 2026 budget as one designed to drive sustainable growth, create job opportunities, and strengthen governance.

He emphasized transparency and fiscal discipline in the implementation process, assuring citizens that the proposal reflects his government’s commitment to people-centered development and prudent resource management.
