United Nigeria Airlines has formally accepted the public apologies issued by social media personalities Martins Otse, popularly known as VeryDarkMan, and Freedom Atsepoyi, widely known as Mr Jollof, following their altercation onboard a recent flight.

In a statement released by the airline’s Public Relations Officer, Chibuike Uloka, United Nigeria Airlines confirmed that it had taken note of the remorse expressed by both men, as well as their commitment to avoid any behaviour that could compromise aviation safety on future flights.

According to the airline, safety and order remain top priorities, and it expects all passengers regardless of social status to adhere to aviation protocols at all times.
