President Bola Tinubu has congratulated the Emir of Ilorin, Dr Ibrahim Sulu-Gambari, on the 30th anniversary of his ascension to the throne, describing him as a visionary and courageous leader.
The President, in a statement by his Spokesperson, Mr Bayo Onanuga, on Tuesday in Abuja, commended the Emir for his commitment to peace, justice, and development in Ilorin and beyond.
Tinubu hailed the Maimartaba Sarkin Ilorin for his exemplary leadership, which he said had engendered peace and stability, paving the way for sustained development in Kwara State.
He noted that the Emir’s career in the judiciary, particularly as Justice of the Court of Appeal, was marked by courage and integrity in dispensing justice without fear or favour.
The President prayed for the Emir’s continued good health and for many more years of impactful leadership.
