Col. Prof Geoff Onyejegbu, the NNPP Governorship Candidate for Anambra State, has declared his intention to fill the leadership and security void in the state. While addressing Anambra citizens, Onyejegbu stated, “I am here to fill Anambra’s leadership and security void.”

In contrast, Col. Prof. Onyejegbu the flag-bearer of the New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP) in the Anambra State governorship election, received a rousing welcome from Anambra citizens when the party flagged off campaign ahead of the Anambra 2025 Governorship election in Anambra State.

Addressing the massive crowd turn up and lazeera News, he maintained that his administration would foster a productive partnership between the government and the people.

He said “Ndi Anambra, thank you so much for this show of love. I am so overwhelmed with joy that you all came out to welcome and support me. It indeed speaks so much about how much we yearn for a change in Anambra State.”

Speaking at the event, the Director General of the campaign, Hon. Dr. Chinedu Jideani, spoke highly of the NNPP flag-bearers, Prof Onyejegbu and Amb. Arinze, and expressed confidence in their ability to deliver on the task of rebuilding Anambra State.
