‎The former governor of Jigawa State, Sule Lamido has expressed his willingness to throw his weight behind former Labour Party presidential candidate, Peter Obi if he emerged as the coalition’s flag-bearer.

‎
‎According to his statements, he allegedly pointed out that they had outgrown tribal and regional sentiments.
‎
‎Lamido disclosed the key reasons that informed his decision to support the former Anambra governor. According to Sule Lamido, if the coalition endorsed Peter Obi or any candidate capable of rescuing Nigeria, he will unanimously give his unalloyed support.
