In a move to bolster the state’s civil service, Governor Hope Uzodimma has reaffirmed his commitment to providing necessary support for the institution’s optimal functioning. This pledge was made during the swearing-in ceremony of 24 new Permanent Secretaries, whose promotions adhered to the state’s civil service rules.

This development underscores the administration’s dedication to merit, professionalism, and institutional growth. The promoted Permanent Secretaries embody the high standards upheld in building a results-driven public service capable of meeting the evolving needs of the people.
