Education Elevated: Rep. Hon. Peter Aniekwe Hands Over New Classrooms to Umudora Anam Community

In a bid to enhance educational infrastructure and support, Hon. Peter Udeogalanya Aniekwe (Macpee), the House of Representatives member representing Anambra East and West Federal Constituency, has  commissioned a six-classroom block at Ezi-Anam Central School, Umudora Anam in Anambra West Local Government Area of Anambra State.

Hon Peter Udeogalanya Aniekwe in his remark said that The school has historically played a pivotal role in the educational development of many residents in the area. However, it has suffered from infrastructural decay and vandalism over the year.

“The newly structured classrooms well equipped are part of His commitment to revitalizing the school’s legacy and reaffirming that education remains the cornerstone of a progressive society”

According to Hon Peter Aniekwe, “Any Nation that desires to progress and compete favorably well with the rest of the World must invest hugely in the education sector.

He hinted that the importance of education to the good people of the area and Nation cannot be overstressed saying as a Lawmaker, he has prioritized education and will continue to give it the attention needed to uplift the quality in The Federal Constituency

“I will continue to provide more infrastructural projects across the federal constituency to address the deficit being witnessed”

He urged the Management of the School to put the structure to effective use in line with the purpose of the project.

The Senator Representing Anambra North at the 10th Senate, Dr Tony Nwoye while commissioning the project lauded the Lawmaker ( Hon Peter Aniekwe) for the infrastructural intervention to the School and for the credible representation he is providing for the good people of Anambra East and West Federal Constituency.

The Commissioning was witnessed by some prominent stakeholders in Anam and Anambra West which included, Hon. Patrick Udeoba (Ezego Anam) member representing Anambra West in Anambra State House of Assembly, Hon Tonycollins Nwabunwanne, Anambra State Commissioner for Local Government and Chieftaincy Matters, Chief Charles Igbanugo Okafor (Akuatuegwu), Ezi Anam President General, Chief Clement Okonkwo (Agudo Anam), Labour Party, Anambra State Vice Chairman (North) and many others.
