In a compelling statement, Col. Prof. Geoff Onyejegbu has condemned the harassment of young entrepreneurs in Anambra under Soludo’s government. Specifically, he highlighted the case of Chijioke Igwendu (Yanbaba), a content creator who was humiliated by ASWAMA and armed Civil Defence officers.
According to Col. Prof. Onyejegbu, Yanbaba’s office was raided, his event disrupted, and a guest was extorted ₦50,000 for a ₦7,200 service, despite Yanbaba promoting Soludo’s works and inspiring youths through creativity. This incident, he said, exposes a government out of touch with its people, where loyalty is punished, innovation is stifled, and young people are intimidated.
Col. Prof. Onyejegbu emphasized that Ndi Anambra deserves a government that protects dreams, supports entrepreneurs, and rewards hard work. He advocated for leadership that uplifts rather than oppresses and restores hope for Anambra’s youth, standing for fairness, empowerment, and progress.
