The member representing Anambra East and West Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, Hon. Peter Udogalaya Aniekwe, has expressed gratitude to his constituents for their support. During his thank-you visit to Anam People’s Assembly (APA) Lagos branch, he revealed that he has sited projects across the 25 wards in the Federal Constituency with just one year budget.
Hon. Aniekwe explained that the 2025 budget has been approved but not released yet, and all he has achieved so far is with one year budgetary allocation. He pledged to do more once the funds for the 2025 budget are released.
“To the glory of God Almighty, I have touched 25 wards in Anambra East and West Federal Constituency with just one year budgetary allocation. You can imagine what will happen by the time I have spent four years,” he said.
The lawmaker asked his constituents to support his second term in the House of Representatives come 2027, assuring that by then, he would have become a ranking member and more development would be attracted to the constituency. Chief Sylvester Nnalue and Chief Anthony Nnaemeka Eziokwu, who also spoke, endorsed Hon. Aniekwe’s achievements and appealed to the people to vote for him again in 2027.
