The EFCC has officially declared former Minister of State for Petroleum Resources, Timipre Sylva, wanted in connection with allegations of conspiracy and dishonest conversion of $14,859,257 linked to funds injected by the Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board (NCDMB) into Atlantic International Refinery and Petrochemical Limited for the construction of a refinery.
A warrant was issued by a Lagos State High Court on November 6, 2025, and the agency is asking anyone with information on his whereabouts to contact its offices across Nigeria.
