An EFCC investigator on Tuesday told an Abuja High Court how hundreds of millions of naira were allegedly diverted from the Office of the National Security Adviser (ONSA) to private companies linked to former government officials.
The testimony was delivered by the first prosecution witness (PW1) before Justice C.O. Agbaza of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) High Court, Maitama.
The trial involves former National Security Adviser Sambo Dasuki, alongside Aminu Baba-Kusa, ex-General Manager of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC), and two firms — Acacia Holdings Limited and Reliance Referral Hospital Limited.
The witness provided details on how Dasuki allegedly authorized the controversial transfers, which amount to N33.2 billion, as part of the prosecution’s case.
