Share this:

Senator Orji Uzor-Kalu, the Senator representing Abia North Senatorial District has reacted to outrage by some Nigerians over his decision to wear a Bola Tinubu-inspired cloth to the National Assembly.

Speaking on Channels Television’s Politics, Senator Uzor-Kalu explained that donning such an outfit does not signify sycophant. According to him, the fabric was produced and tailored in Aba and he would wear the cloth again at any opportunity.

He also stated that at this level of his life and career, he cannot be swayed into being a sycophant.

Further giving details of how he got the cloth, Uzor-Kalu said his house manager made it available on that morning he wore it.
