The Nigeria Police Force has declared Chief Morocco Oparugo wanted over alleged kidnapping and organ harvesting activities along the Aba-Owerri Road. Oparugo, from Umuhu community in Ngor Okpala LGA, Imo State, is suspected to own a hotel and mortuary used to hold kidnapped victims.
The facilities were sealed by security operatives, and Oparugo is currently on the run. The police urge the public to provide information leading to his arrest and assure ongoing investigations to restore safety in the area.
