Bishop David Abioye of the Conquerors Global Assembly has shared a powerful testimony of divine healing after his wife was diagnosed with HIV during the COVID-19 pandemic. Speaking during a Sunday service, the cleric said he immediately rejected the diagnosis in faith and turned to prayer for healing.
He explained that he drew strength from scripture, declaring, “The prince of this world came to check me and found nothing.” After fervent prayers, his wife underwent another medical check-up — and the result showed no trace of the virus.
According to Bishop Abioye, faith played a crucial role in the miraculous turnaround. He urged believers to confront sickness boldly rather than accommodate it, saying, “Healing is not for gentlemen; you don’t nurse sickness to go, you fight sickness to go.”
